"Grade: A++. As a NJ Bride who lives in the DC metro area, my husband and I took 5 lessons with a great teacher in this area. Kim runs First Dance Impressions and we had a great time with her – our lessons were one of the most enjoyable bits of our planning and our family and friends were so taken aback that we actually learned the foxtrot for “The Way You Look Tonight” by Sinatra, that their expressions alone made it all worthwhile. Very fun. Kim is great – instructional without being a bitch, nice without being a pushover. The perfect combination for when you are being taught something like this. (Vendor Review From The Knot)

Our teacher will surely remember us because we NEVER got our dance right once during practice :-). We danced to "More" by Bobby Darin. Well the day of our wedding we totally knocked it out of the park. "Hi Kim, Clay and I wanted to let you know how happy we are with the dance lessons we received for our wedding on October 15. The tango was a huge hit...everyone was oohing and aahing while we danced and every time we talk to someone who saw us dance, they comment on how great we looked. (We also know that we made a few couples jealous as well!) You are a wonderful instructor and without you, we would have been doing the "Frankenstein." You have a great knack for teaching steps in a way that anyone can understand, and your patience and humor is a great help! We enjoyed taking lessons so much, in fact, that we would like to continue to take them and learn some new dances, as well as keep up with the tango. I'll be calling you soon to see what kind of schedule we can set-up. Thank you again for helping us impress our friends and family! Take care,
